The VX777 is Onda’s best PMP so far feature-wise. In what seems like a features overdose of sorts, Onda, which is known for its widescreen PMPs, has gone ballistic and automatically nominated itself to the high-end market populated by the likes of Archos and Zune. The 4.3-inch (480 x 272) touchscreen is on of the biggest we’ve seen on any iPhone/ iPod Touch clone or iPhone-like device. The VX777, like most Chinese players, supports a plethora of media files but the addition Internet Radio seems a little like overkill - not that we aren’t ecstatic about it.

With support for RM/RMVB, AVI, FLV, ASF, MP4, MPG, MOV, WMA, WMV, 3GP and SWF, the 16GB option, which is available for the VX777, will come in handy and so will the TF card expansion supporting up to 32GB cards. MP4 Nation has listed up the goods one can find inside every VX777 copied here after the break.
The VX777 is coming in August. Expect a price higher than ordinary Onda players but you can bet it will go for peanuts next to iPod Touch or Archos 605.
